Control of Horses Bill, 1989: Leave to Introduce.

I move:

That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to provide for the control, registration, sale, grazing and stabling of non-thoroughbred horses; for the prevention of cruelty to such animals; for the imposition of penalties and for related matters.

Is the Bill opposed?
