As indicated in my reply of 8 June 1988 to Question No. 89 I have no role in the disbursement of lottery funds. Tourism is not one of the areas specifically listed as eligible for assistance from the lottery in section 5 of the National Lotteries Act, 1986. No moneys have been allocated to or by my Department from the lottery surplus.
