Restoration of Bills to Order Paper.

I am putting the question: "That the following motions be agreed to.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Dún Laoghaire Harbour Bill, 1989, which had been presented and had reached First Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Building Control Bill, 1984, which had reached Committee Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Local Government (Water Pollution) (Amendment) Bill, 1989 [Seanad], which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Local Government (Planning and Development) (No. 2) Bill, 1988, which had reached Committee Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Child Care Bill, 1988, which had reached Committee Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Turf Development Bill, 1988, which had reached Committee Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Companies (No. 2) Bill, 1987 [Seanad], Parts I and II of which had been disposed of in Committee prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper and that the Committee proceedings thereon shall be resumed at the commencement of Part III.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Derelict Sites Bill, 1989, sections 1 to 12, inclusive, of which had been disposed of in Committee prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper and that the Committee proceedings thereon shall be resumed at the commencement of section 13.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Irish Land Commission (Dissolution) Bill, 1989, which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Criminal Law (Rape) (Amendment) Bill, 1988 [Seanad], which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Prohibition of Incitement to Racial, Religious or National Hatred Bill, 1988, which had reached Report Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.

That, in pursuance of Standing Order No. 109 of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business, the Firearms and Offensive Weapons Bill, 1989 [Seanad], which had reached Second Stage prior to the dissolution of the Dáil on 25th May, 1989, be restored to the Order Paper.
