Recently, my Department received from Dublin Corporation a list of sites which, in their view, are suitable for overnight parking of large commercial vehicles. This list has been forwarded to the Garda Síochána who will be primarily responsible for the development of the statutory provisions necessary for parking controls on large vehicles.
