A national certificate of competence in road haulage was issued to the person in question on 29 April 1989 on the basis of having passed the examination on 2 December 1988.
On 22 June 1989 an application was received by my Department from the same person for a national road freight carrier's licence. There is a formality in relation to the application yet to be cleared which has been communicated to the applicant.
