I established a working group in February 1989 to review the accessibility to health services for persons suffering from AIDS/HIV infection and to report to me on the matter. The working group's report is not intended for publication.
The group has made a number of recommendations which I am currently examining with a view towards further developing an integrated AIDS strategy.
