The Inspector of Taxes has no record of the receipt of correspondence from the taxpayer since 1 September 1980. The inspector will now issue a return of income form to the taxpayer for completion and on receipt of same duly completed, his tax position will be reviewed and a tax-free allowance certificate issued.
