asked the Minister for the Marine if he will list the charges being made to all users of Dún Laoghaire Harbour, County Dublin for facilities and property at the harbour.

(1) Tonnage and goods rates are given in the document "Dún Laoghaire Harbour, County Dublin. Schedules of tonnage and goods rates leviable by the Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland, as from 1st January 1989". A copy of this document will be supplied to the Deputy.

(2) Yachts moored at the harbour are currently subject to a licence fee of £70 per annum.

(3) Public boatyard charges are as follows:

(a) dinghies: £30 per season;

(b) individual storage spaces for larger craft: £100 per season;

(c) power driven winch: £25 per vessel;

(d) hand operated crane: £5 per vessel;

(e) supply of water to yachts: £1; supply of water to others: £5.

(4) As regards rents on properties, it is not the practice to divulge information regarding commercial transactions with individual parties.
