I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that there is no record in the Land Registry of an application dated 20 June from the person referred to for the issue of a certified copy of the instrument in question. However, an application for a certified copy of this instrument was received in the registry from a firm of solicitors on 5 July 1989 and the requested copy was issued to them on the following day, 6 July.
