Contract documents for an advance section of the scheme to cater for the Redmond Place-Selskar area are under examination in my Department at present. The submission by the local authority of revised contract documents, and other detailed information in relation to the overall scheme, is awaited and so too is a certificate confirming the acquisition of all necessary lands and wayleaves, and compliance with relevant statutory requirements.
