Vol. 394 No. 3

Written Answers. - Tax Rebate.

49.

asked the Minister for Finance the reason a tax rebate has not been paid to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the taxpayer has been given all repayments to which he is entitled on the basis of his tax free allowances to date. Further repayments will be due if the taxpayer continues to be unemployed. The position will be reviewed at four weekly intervals and any repayments made.
