The teacher referred to by the Deputy agreed to have her name placed on the Diocesan panel in March 1989 for redeployment from September 1989. The teacher referred to was offered a post by the Board of Management of another school but has appealed for an exemption from the Panel Rule. The matter is now under consideration in my Department.
