asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in having the outcome of a tax assessment made known to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; if his attention has been drawn to the fact that an educational grant cannot be paid until the details of this assessment are issued; and to the fact that this delay is causing hardship to the person's family.
