I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that an application for a duplicate land certificate in respect of the folio mentioned in the details supplied by the Deputy was lodged in the Land Registry on 13 July 1989. The registry wrote to the applicant's solicitor on 23 November 1989 indicating their requirements in the matter. As soon as these requirements have been satisfactorily discharged the registry will be in a position to issue the duplicate land certificate.
