Question:143 Mrs. Taylor-Quinn asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT payment will issue to a person (details supplied) in County Clare.

I am informed by the Revenue Commissioners that correspondence received on 18 January last from the person in question did not include the correct application form (VAT 58). A form has been sent to him and, on receipt of the completed form, his claim will be processed.
