171 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the quantity and value of agricultural exports in the dairy, beef, sheep meat, pig meat and horticulture sectors of the agricultural industry; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The value of exports of food, live animals and beverages is expected to approach £3,500 million in 1989, an increase of nearly 12 per cent over 1988.
