Question:319 Mr. Yates asked the Minister for the Environment the reason the rate of a house improvement grant payment was reduced for a person (details supplied) in County Wexford; and if this will be reconsidered and the full amount paid, in view of the fact that more than the estimated cost of the works was paid out in carrying out all the works and that the work as outlined in the approval has been conformed with fully.
