423 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Education when she will conclude the in-depth investigation of the legal validity of existing leases for national schools, as promised in her reply to Parliamentary Question No. 296 of 14 November 1989.
It is not possible for me at this stage to say when the investigation concerning the legal validity of existing leases for some national schools will be completed by my Department. My Department are examining the situation and I will inform the Deputy of the outcome at the earliest possible date.
