81 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if an additional milk quota will be allocated to a person (details supplied) in County Tipperary having regard to the fact that the person's herd suffered from leptinpivousis in the base year for quota allocation; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The person named does not appear to fulfil the criteria for special category producers who are to benefit from the allocation of the additional 11 million gallons of quota, the details of which I announced last week.
