221 Mr. Cosgrave asked the Minister for Communications if his attention has been drawn to recent complaints following a survey being carried out by Telecom Éireann; and the changes, if any, he is introducing to the regulations governing semi-State bodies.

The survey being carried out by Telecom Éireann is entirely voluntary. Anybody is free to decide that they will or will not take part. I have no statutory responsibility in the matter.
