Vol. 395 No. 9

Written Answers. - Dental Treatment.

Eamon Gilmore

Question:

254 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Health the reason children who have left primary schooling but who have not yet entered second level schooling do not qualify for free dental treatment.

Children who have been assessed as requiring dental treatment following a national school health examination qualify for treatment regardless of the fact that they may have finished primary school.
