Question:259 Mr. M. Kitt asked the Minister for Health if there are any proposals by his Department or by the Western Health Board to alter the catchment areas in the board area for the provision of psychiatric services.

The organisation of catchment areas for the provision of psychiatric services in the Western Health Board area is a matter for that board. I am aware that the board are at present reviewing the organisational arrangements for the delivery of psychiatric services in their area.
