270 Mrs. T. Ahern asked the Minister for Education when the recently announced £500,000 grant from national lottery funds is to be paid to the Seán Kelly Sports Centre in Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

My Department has under consideration an application from the Seán Kelly Sports Centre, Carrick-on-Suir, County Tipperary for national lottery funding. A decision in the matter will be conveyed to the promoters of the projects in due course.
