Question:98 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Finance if a tax rebate is due to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that the appropriate refunds of tax due were made to the taxpayer by his employer on a weekly basis while he was out of work from 18 December 1989 to 29 January 1990.
