Question:

107 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Finance if he will arrange for the transfer of the Office of Public Works site at Shanowen Road, Dublin to St. Kevin's Boys Club; if not, the plans the Office of Public Works has for this site; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

This site is not available for disposal as it is required for the provision of a range of Garda services. The Department of Justice is at present preparing a brief of requirements. Pending completion of that brief, part of the site is being let on a commercial basis.
