Question:202 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for Health if he has made any provision to allow parents' representatives to sit on the monitoring committees for the mentally handicapped which he has set up in each health board.
Written Answers. - Composition of Regional Co-ordinating Committees.
The composition of the regional co-ordinating committees is a matter for each health board, in consulation with the major service providing agencies. Health boards have been asked to ensure that each committee consult with and inform parents on a regular basis.
