Vol. 396 No. 3

Written Answers. - Dental Treatment.

Austin Currie

Question:

206 Mr. Currie asked the Minister for Health the present position of a person (details supplied) in County Dublin who was informed on 26 May 1989 by the Dublin Dental Hospital that she would be examined with a view to the formulation of a treatment plan but has heard nothing since; whether this person's name is on a waiting list for treatment; if so, her number on the waiting list; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The person concerned was referred by her local dental clinic to the Dublin Dental Hospital for an assessment of her orthodontic condition. She will be called in the near future. If her assessment shows that her condition is suitable for treatment in the hospital her name will be added to the waiting list for treatment.
