207 Mr. T. Kitt asked the Minister for Health when the necessary legislation will be put in place to allow for payment of moneys from the unclaimed prize money and accrued interest to the former employees of the Irish Hospitals Trust (1940) Limited.

The preparation of the necessary legislation is well in hand and I hope to bring it before the Oireachtas in the very near future.
