That leave be granted to introduce a Bill entitled an Act to amend the law relating to criminal procedure so as to provide for the review of sentences.
I understand that the standard procedure is that if the First Stage is agreed by the House the Bill is circulated and Second Stage debate is transferred to our Private Members' Time.
