Vol. 396 No. 5

Ceisteanna—Questions. Oral Answers.

Minister and colleagues, I regret that I am unaware of the circumstances which have led to our not being able to carry out the Order of the House. We should have commenced questions at 2.30 p.m. Questions and answers have not arrived. For my part I assure you it will not happen again. Meanwhile, I ask for your continuing patience and appreciate the fact that no Member felt he should draw my attention to the obvious. I see the Minister has arrived.

We are lucky.

Deputy Ferris, your patience will be rewarded.

I was looking for Priority Questions from the Opposition spokesmen and I could not find them because there were none.

There is one.

Apart from the spokesman——

I am the spokesman for today.

There is just one.

(Interruptions.)

I have a deputation from my constituency so I would like the Minister to answer the question I have down to him.
