Question:105 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Health when a new health centre will be provided in Golden, County Tipperary; its position on the priority list; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 104 and 105 together.
New health centres for Golden and New Inn rank fourth and twenty third respectively on the South Eastern Health Board's priority list. Having regard to the limited funds available and to the many other projects for which funding is being sought, I am not in a position at present to say when work on these health centres will commence.
