Question:133 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for Justice if he will arrange to have a copy folio issued to a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that this was an application for a copy folio and filed plan which was lodged in the Land Registry on 30 January, 1990. The copy folio with filed plan attached was issued to the applicant's solicitor on 14 March, 1990.
