Question:165 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for the Environment when and to whom a house improvement grant cheque issued in respect of an application for a person (details supplied) in County Laois.

Payment of the grant was made to the applicant on 30 January 1990. As the payable order does not appear to have been received, the Department is communicating with the applicant in the matter.
