Vol. 397 No. 3

Written Answers. - Stardust Memorial.

Michael Joe Cosgrave

Question:

68 Mr. Cosgrave asked the asked the Taoiseach, in view of undertakings given to the Stardust Committee regarding the erection of a memorial on Glin Road, Coolock, Dublin 5, when it is proposed to have the memorial erected; the reason for the delay in erecting the memorial; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A permanent memorial to those who lost their lives in the Stardust disaster has been erected in Beaumont Hospital. I am not in a position to give any indication in regard to an additional memorial at this stage.
