Question:93 Mr. Aylward asked the Minister for the Marine if he will approve the issuing of additional licences for snap net fishing on the River Suir in south Kilkenny/Carrick-on-Suir where a commitment was given to issue these licences at a meeting of the Southern Regional Fishery Board early in 1989; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
