Following a consultancy study, commissioned by Kerry County Airport plc., for the future development of the airport, the board submitted a proposal for its further development to my Department. The proposal is under consideration in the context of the operational programme for roads and other transport infrastructure which is being prepared for EC Structural Funds assistance.
