Vol. 397 No. 9

Written Answers. - Bull Inspection Centre for County Kerry.

Michael Moynihan

Question:

160 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if, for the convenience of farmers in the Sneem/ Kenmare area of County Kerry, he will arrange to have a bull inspection centre established in Sneem in 1990.

I envisage that a round of inspections for the granting of bull permits will take place in June.

The location of inspection centres will be determined primarily by the origin and volume of applications and the question of establishing a centre at Sneem will be considered in that context.
