Question:301 Dr. Fitzpatrick asked the Minister for Health the present position regarding the lands held by his Department on the Navan Road, Dublin 7; if they have been sold; or if they are still owned by his Department.
Written Answers. - Land Sales.
Ownership of the land in question has not changed. My Department is endeavouring to finalise with the Commissioners of Public Works and Telecom Éireann arrangements for the demarcation and transfer of those portions of the land which these bodies require. It is intended to sell the balance of the land on the open market.
