Vol. 397 No. 9

Written Answers. - County Kerry School Extension.

Jimmy Deenihan

Question:

304 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Education the present position regarding the provision of an extension to Glenderry national school, Ballyheigue, County Kerry.

As the Deputy will be aware I have approved a permanent extension of one classroom and the provision of a staff room and library-medical room at Glenderry national school, County Kerry. My Department's architect has the preparation of a sketch plan for the project in hands and this will be completed at the earliest possible date. The sketch plan will then be sent to the school authorities to enable them to seek local authority planning permission.
