Question:

64 Mr. Dukes asked the Minister for Justice if the EC Presidency has any proposals to consider the implications of the Single Market and the free movement of persons for the process of extradition between the member states.

The implications generally of the reduction of internal Community frontiers, from the policing and security viewpoints, are being jointly studied by the 12 Community member states at present.
