Question:93 Mr. Dempsey asked the Minister for Finance if he has appointed a Revenue Group to examine the PAYE system; if so, the members of the Revenue Group; the terms of reference of the group; and when he expects it to report.

I have not appointed any special group to examine the PAYE system. The administration of the PAYE system is of course kept under review as part of the normal review of operational areas within the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.
