Criminal Justice (No. 2) Bill, 1990: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act to abolish the death penalty and substitute imprisonment for life, to provide that a minimum period of imprisonment shall be served by persons convicted of treason or of certain categories of murder or attempts to commit any such murder and to provide for other connected matters.

I move: "That Second Stage be ordered for Tuesday, 8 May 1990, by agreement between the Whips."
