28 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Justice if he has made an assessment of the legislation necessary to implement the recommendations of the Committee on Public Safety and Crowd Control; and if he has submitted his report to the Government.

The assessment of the legislation necessary to implement the recommendations of the Committee on Public Safety and Crowd Control has been completed and a report on the matter has very recently been submitted to Government.
