The grant in this case could not be paid until the applicant had submitted his farm accounts. These only came to hand recently. The grant will be paid as soon as possible.

Question:58 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if he will pay the maximum rate of grant assistance to a person (details supplied) in County Cork in respect of pollution control work on his farm.
The grant in this case is based on the maximum rate obtaining on the date approval issued under the farm improvement programme.
