Vol. 401 No. 2

Written Answers. - Lusk (Dublin) National School.

Seán Ryan

Question:

81 Mr. Ryan asked the Minister for Education if she will outline the projected enrolment figures for September, 1990, for Hedgestown national school, Lusk, County Dublin; and, in view of the fact that it is a two teacher school and that pupils up to the age of five are being refused entry, if she will (a) provide additional accommodation and (b) an additional assistant teacher for September, 1990, thus enabling the children to be enrolled.

The matter referred to by the Deputy is currently being examined and my Department will be in contact with the board of management of the school concerned as soon as possible.
