I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a certificate of tax-free allowances was issued to the taxpayer on 5 July 1990.

Question:94 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the Minister for Finance the present position regarding tax free allowance for persons (details supplied) in County Cork.
I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a certificate of tax-free allowances granting the PAYE and PRSI allowances was issued to the husband on 4 July 1990. The balance of the allowances has been allocated to the taxpayer's wife and a certificate issued to her on 5 July 1990.
