182 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for the Environment the consideration which has been given to providing funding for the European Federation of National Associations Working with the Homeless (FEANTSA) given the European Commission's view that funding from 1991 should be on a matching basis from EC and national Government sources; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

As my Department has already indicated to representatives of FEANTSA, I will give consideration to their request for a financial contribution in the context of the 1991 Estimates.
