37 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for the Environment when the proposed by-pass for Cavan town-Butlersbridge village-Belturbet, County Cavan will commence; and if his attention has been drawn to the serious delays to traffic using the present route.
An operational programme for roads and other transport infrastructure has been submitted to the EC Commission in accordance with the Community Support Framework adopted by the Commission. Pending finalisation of the programme, it is not proposed to indicate the major schemes to be undertaken in the period 1991 to 1993.
