Question:140 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for Energy if he will outline his Department's major energy conservation programme; and if he will itemise the expenditure from the £500,000 allocated for this purpose.

I would refer the Deputy to my reply on 3 July 1990 to a similar question, number 42, by Deputy Harte. Until contracts are concluded for the major elements of the programme it will not be possible to give an itemised breakdown of expenditure under the programme.
