160 Mr. Carey asked the Minister for the Environment the number of applications which he has received from Clare County Council seeking permission to go to tender for proposed sanitary services schemes in their area; and the names of those he has approved for work in 1990.

There are no proposals with my Department from Clare County Council involving requests for approval to seek tenders for sanitary services schemes nor have any such approvals been issued in 1990.
